Yes. We welcome affiliates from anywhere in the world. All commission cheques to affiliates are in U.S. dollars.

I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an affiliate?

Yes. You can have multiple sites as an affiliate. You will have one affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites and be paid with only one commission cheque.

Do I need a web site?

If you want to refer people by email, we will provide you with the email text and links. You can send rich html email or plain text email. Either way, emails are a great method of referring people to our site. But please remember, we only accept emails sent to double opt-in lists and we have a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited emails.

How do I sign up?

First, you must agree to our terms and conditions of the Affiliate Agreement and then fill out our Affiliate Application online. How often do I get paid?

We will send you a cheque every month for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site, provided you earned more than $100 in a reporting period (one month). Otherwise your balance will continue to accrue until you have earned $100 and then we will send you a cheque.

Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?

Yes. When you buy products from Pro-White through your website, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor's purchase.

Do I receive any discounts on products since I'm an affiliate?

No. However, you can purchase your orders through your links so you can earn the commission on the sale.

What about product returns?

If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

How will you know that the orders came from my site?

All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, you receive credit when a purchase is made. This is made possible with HTML links we create for you through a tag generator on Pro-White's affiliate site.

Do I still receive a commission if a visitor returns to purchase 3 weeks later?

If a visitor comes to prowhiteteeth.com from your website, but does not purchase on that visit, you can still earn commission on sales from that customer if they return to our website and make a purchase within 365 days (one-year) of their initial visit.

Can I get paid by referring other webmasters to the Pro-White Affiliate Program?

We will reward you for new affiliates you get to sign-up for our affiliate program. For each Sub-Affiliate who signs up through your recruiting efforts, you'll receive commission on the sales credited to their account.
