BabyFaces.com Inc. - Affiliate Program Restricted Keyword list.

Many of our affiliates have increased their marketing efforts by participating in the popular search engine advertising programs. We encourage you to take advantage of these online campaigns, and have created a list of restricted words to ensure you reach maximum effectiveness, while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines pertaining to copyright and trademark use.

If you participate in search engine advertising or pay-per-click marketing campaigns, we ask that you

: 1) adhere to laws pertaining to trademark and copyright usage; and
2) refrain from bidding on higher placements than Lap Link or its subsidiaries in the paid keyword programs.

To assist in observing the copyrights and trademarks of industry participants, particularly in search engine placements and keyword advertising, we have comnpiled a "Restricted Keyword List". This is a list of prohibited keywords and to be used as a guide. Please refer to legal authorities and/or registered owners of copyright and trademark materials for authorized use.

Affiliates are not permitted to use any words in this list for search engine marketing or advertising within the BabyFaces Affiliate Prrogram. Affiliates that do not observe the “Restricted Keyword List” will be terminated.

NOTE: This is only a partial listing of restricted keywords, which may be the property of industry participants and protected under copyright or trademark laws. Lap Link Inc. reserves the right to add additional keywords to the restricted list or otherwise modify the restricted keywords list.  Affiliates are required to cease use of all restricted keywords within one day of receipt of a revised list.

Affiliate agrees to assume sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable intellectual property laws and all other federal, state and international laws. 

Affiliate further agrees that it will not use any of the keywords on the Restricted Keyword List for the purpose of advertising or promoting Affiliate or BabyFaces.  The "Restricted Keyword List" is located at http://www.keynetlinks.com/BabyFaces/restrictedkeywords.asp  A copy of this list can be obtained by sending an email to the program manager.  In the event that BabyFaces should receive any notification of claimed infringement by Affiliate, Affiliate agrees to cooperate with BabyFaces in expeditiously responding to such notification and resolving any claim of infringement. In the event that an affiliate is unresponsive or unwilling to assist, BabyFaces will take any and all measures to prevent Affiliate from further involvement in our program, and will further cooperate in any law enforcement action as a result of said Affiliate's actions.
